THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.C.Nos.1327 of 2015 and 1424 of 2014 COMMON ORDER :

These Contempt Cases were filed alleging that the order dt.09.06.2015 passed by 1st respondent, refusing to regularize the services of petitioner, is in violation of the interim order dt.09.06.2014 passed in WPMP.No.19301 of 2014 in WP.No.15579 of 2014. 2.

Having regard to the final order passed by me in WP.No.15579 of 2014, I am not inclined to punish the 1st respondent for Contempt of Court in both the Contempt Cases, viz., CC.No.1327 of 2015 and 1424 of 2014.

Therefore, both the Contempt Cases are closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in these Contempt Cases, shall stand closed.
