Heard.

The petitioner claims to be the purchaser of an extent of Acs.2.39 guntas of land in Survey No.197/5 of Mokila Village, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, under an agreement of sale-cum-General Power of Attorney, vide Document No.939 of 2015, dated 24.01.2015. He states that the said land was assigned to an Ex-serviceman long back and after a period of ten years from the date of assignment, several transactions took place, and hence, there is no impediment in registering the sale deed as sought for by the petitioner. His grievance is that the respondents are not receiving and registering the said document. Hence, this writ petition. The issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in W.P.No.16909 of 2015, dated 15-06-2015.

In view of the same, following the aforesaid judgment, this writ petition is also disposed of directing respondents 4 and 5 to receive and process the document presented by the petitioner for registration in relation to the subject property. In the event the respondents are of the opinion that the document warrants refusal of registration, they shall pass appropriate orders duly recording the reasons for such refusal in accordance with Section 71 of the Registration Act. If, however, the document is found to be complied with all legal requirements, they shall register the same and release it in accordance with due procedure. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
