HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24497 OF 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondent Corporation in demanding license fees from the petitioner in respect of its show-rooms situated in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad under Section 521 of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and further proposing to levy and collect Bulk Garbage Charges vide ProceedingsNo.337/H&S/GHMC/2011, dated 01-02-2011 as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Counsel Sri M.R.K.Chakravarthy appearing for the petitioner states that the lis in the writ petition is covered by order dated 21-072015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30878 of 2012. The same is not disputed by the counsel for the respondent.

Inasmuch as the subject matter of lis in this writ petition is also similar to that of the one considered by this Court in WP No.30878 of 2012, this writ petition is allowed for the reasons and in terms thereof. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
