Bhosale) Heard Mr.S.Ravi, learned Senior Counsel for the appellant, Mr.P.Sri Raghu Ram, learned Senior Counsel for respondent No.1, learned Government Pleader for Mines & Geology appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent No.5.
This writ appeal challenges the following one line order, dated 21.05.2015, passed in W.P.M.P.No.16990 of 2015 in W.P.No.30450 of 2013:
"There shall be interim stay as prayed for."
We are informed that miscellaneous petition is still pending for hearing. We have perused the earlier order, dated 04.06.2014, in WVMP Nos.3342 and 4034 of 2013 in WPMP No.37802 of 2013 in W.P.No.30450 of 2013 and the order, dated 09.12.2014, in W.A.No.1252 of 2014.
Learned Senior Counsel for the appellant fairly submits that he has no objection for passing the order that we propose to pass for disposing of this appeal and he states that we need not record any reasons for the same. Hence, we dispose of this appeal by the following order:
"Writ appeal is disposed of as not pressed.
Learned Judge, who is assigned to hear W.P.M.P.No.16990 of 2015 in W.P.No.30450 of 2013, is requested to hear and decide the miscellaneous petition as expeditiously as possible and preferably within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order, having regard to the nature of controversy involved in these proceedings. It is made clear that this Court has not examined merits of the case. All contentions of the parties are kept open."
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
