THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3088 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed assailing the order dated 23.01.2013 in I.A.No.1098 of 2012 in O.P.No.858 of 2011 passed by the Judge, Additional Family Court, Hyderabad.

As there was no stay during the pendency of this revision, the main O.P. itself was disposed of by the trial Court on 26.03.2013. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
