HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.17674 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.A.Chandraiah Naidu for considerable length of time, though the prayer is too brief and short.

The prayer of petitioner is that respondent Nos.4 and 5 are not acting on the request of petitioner for survey of land in Sy.No.166/2A of Jayampu village accounts. Mr.Chandraiah Naidu draws the attention of the Court to all the annexures filed along with the writ affidavit. For convenience and also keeping in view the order I am proposing to pass, no reference to any of the documents filed along with the writ affidavit is made, for the grievance is inaction in disposing of the request of petitioner. The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that a few practical difficulties, including the difficulty of petitioner not filing all the documents to undertake the survey, are pleaded by respondent Nos.4 and 5. According to him, the respondents have taken note and a reply on the request of petitioner for survey will be sent within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The statement is placed on record, accepted and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. The petitioner, if aggrieved by the order communicated by respondents 4 and 5, is given liberty to approach the appellate authority or competent civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, stand closed. ____________ S.V.BHATT, J 06th June, 2018 Lrkm
