THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR Writ Petition No.20474 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondent authorities in not registering the First Information Report, pursuant to the complaint made by the petitioner dated 09.08.2019.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 25.09.2019, would submit that subsequent to the receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, an entry in General Diary was made and enquiry was done and after enquiry, a case in Crime No.491 of 2019 was registered in Bachupally Police Station on 24.09.2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 341, 384 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and the same is under investigation.

Recording the said submission and inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
