HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 543 of 2006 JUDGMENT:
This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 2.06.2006 passed by the Vacation Civil Judge at Khammam (Senior Civil Judge, Khammam), in I.A.No. 381 of 2006 in O.S.No. 68 of 2004.
As seen from the record, the Vacation Civil Judge, Amalapuram, (Senior Civil Judge, Khammam) vide his letter dated 4.6.2016 informed that O.S.No. 68 of 2004 was disposed of on 19.10.2005.
In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
