As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 18.09.2015, the matter was listed to 28.09.2015. On 28.09.2015 also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner the matter was directed to be listed to today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning or in afternoon session. Hence, heard Government Pleader for Revenue and perused the record. The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner over the land admeasuring Ac.0.05 gts., situated in Sy.No.30, Ac.0.03 1⁄2 gts., in Sy.No.30/6 and 31/6 and Ac.0.08 gts., in Sy.No.30 situated at Shamshiguda Village, Kukatpally Municipality, Bala Nagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

By an order dated 17.10.2012 this Court directed the respondents not to dispossess the petitioner, if he is in possession of the land as on that day. Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the interim order granted by this Court, if really the petitioner is in physical possession of the property as alleged by him, the respondents shall follow due process of law for his eviction.

With the above direction the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
