!- ') HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAGESH BHEEMAPAKA CONTEMPT CASE No.1523 ot 2024 ORDER:

The contempt case is filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 19.06.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.14490 of 2024. By the said order, this Court directed respondent No.3-Department of labour (represented by Joint Commissioner of labour) to consider the representation dated 08.04.2024 submitted by the petitioner duly taking into account the legal grounds therein and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks and communicate the decision to the petitioner.

02. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for labour.

O3, Learned Government Pleader places on record letter No.B/323/2024 dated 02.01.2025 issued by the Joint Commissioner of labour wherein, it is stated that the Assistant Labour Officer, Balanagar, Rangareddy

District has filed a complaint under Section 13(3), 13(4) of the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946 against the management of M/s. Inspire Labs Solutions Pvt.Ltd., for non-issuance of relieving letter, and non-obtaining of certified standing orders, before the Second Additional Junior Civil Judge-CUM-X Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Rangareddy at Kukatpally (trial Court) on 31.12.2024. Further the letter dated O2.O1.2025 addressed by Assistant Labour Officer to Assistant Commissioner of labour stating that chargesheet has been filed against M/s. Inspire Labs Solutions Pvt.Ltd., on 31.12.2024 before the trial Court.

04. Learned Government Pleader submits that the purpose of filing the contempt case has been fulfilled and further the proceedings issued/action taken by respondent authorities has been communicated to the petitioner.

05. In that view of matLer the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
