Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and perused the record.

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 5 in crime no.17 of 2018 of Chandur police station, Nalgonda district registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 406, 420, 468, 471 506 read with 34 IPC.

The learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 5 would submit that the petitioners have nothing to do with the fabricated documents. The petitioners have not assisted accused no.1 in any manner to prepare the alleged false documents. The petitioners /accused nos.4 and 5 are poor agricultural labourers and falsely implicated in this case, and ultimately, prayed to allow the petition. 4.

The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor opposed the relief sought by the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 5. 5.

As per the material on record, the de facto complainant is a senior citizen under whom accused No.1 worked as Supervisor. When the Government of Telangana announced an amount of Rs.4,000/- per acre as investment, accused No.1 had collected original documents from the de facto complainant, fabricated sale deed, for

which the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 5 have actively assisted with accused No.1. The conspiracy between them is to knock away the land belonging to the de facto complainant, who is a senior citizen, and also the benefits proposed to be given by the Government of Telangana to the agricultural land owners. There are specific and grave allegations against these petitioners with regard to their involvement in fabricating false documents along with accused No.1. Further, the Court of Session dismissed the anticipatory bail application of these petitioners vide order, dated 23.04.2018, passed in Crl.M.P.No.390 of 2018 in Crime No.17 of 2019 assigning valid reasons. Under these circumstances, the petitioners are not entitled for bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
