With the consent of parties, this Writ Petition is being disposed of at the admission stage.

The petitioner states that he is the absolute owner and possessor of plot No.25 admeasuring 146.66 square yards in survey Nos.374/1 & 375/1 of Lakshmipura Agraharam, Kondrupolu Village, Tadepalligudem Mandal, West Godavari District, having purchased the same under a registered sale deed dated 06.12.2014. The allegation of the petitioner is that under the directions of the third respondent, some contractors started digging work for branch canal in the said land, without issuing any notice or taking up the proceedings under the Land Acquisition Act. In the circumstances, the petitioner seeks indulgence of the Court to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the respondents not to interfere with his personal property without following due process of law.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere with the property of the petitioner without following due process of law. No orders as to costs.
