HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.864 of 2015 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/A.1 to A.6 under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'the Cr.P.C.') to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.443 of 2014 of Armoor Police Station, Nizamabad District, for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 399 IPC and 25 of Indian Arms Act.

Learned Public Prosecutor represented that as there is no stay, the investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed on 29.08.2015. 3.

In view of the same, there is nothing to be adjudicated by this Court in the present criminal petition. Consequently, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.
