Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents. 2.
Though direction was issued on 23.09.2019 to file counter, so far no counter is filed.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though earlier his name was reflected in the revenue records and pattadar passbook was issued to him in relation to lands admeasuring Ac.0.06 guntas in Survey No.261/2, Ac.0.03 guntas in Survey No.262/2, Ac.0.27 guntas in Survey No.263/2 and Ac.0.28 guntas in Survey No.263/3 of Bommena Village of Kathalapur Mandal, Jagtial District, e-pattadar pass book is not issued to him and on account of delay in issuing e-pattadar passbook, grave prejudice is caused to the petitioner.

Since a representation dated 18.02.2019 was already made for issuance of e-pattadar passbook, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Kathalapur Mandal, Jagtial District, the 4th respondent, to examine the claim of the petitioner and if the revenue records reflect the name of the petitioner in respect of the land to an extent Ac.0.06 guntas in Survey No.261/2, Ac.0.03 guntas in Survey No.262/2, Ac.0.27 guntas in Survey No.263/2 and Ac.0.28 guntas in Survey Nos.263/3 of Bommena Village of Kathalapur Mandal, Jagtial District, and if there is no
other impediment, e-pattadar passbook be issued to him within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
