HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No. 759 of 2017 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P.M.P.No.41333 of 2016 in W.P.No.33461 of 2016 dated 29.09.2016, wherein this Court directed the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 17.12.2015 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders.

After receipt of the said order, an order was passed on 07.11.2016 stating that in view of the orders passed by the A.P. Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.6643 of 2015, the preparation of panels for notional promotion was not taken up.

In view of the said order, it is for the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in the pending O.A.No.6643 of 2015 in order to get appropriate relief.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications pending in this Contempt Case, if any, shall stand closed.
