(RR 4 to 8 are impleaded s per Court Order dated 2-7-2015 in WPMP No.25786 of 2015) .....Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in taking steps to demolish the structures of the petitioner bearing D.NO.1-29 (Old D.No.1-44) Assessment No. 37 (Old Assessment No.62) of Muramanda village of Kadiyam Mandal of East Godavari District without recourse to law as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice consequently directing the respondents not to interfere or meddle with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the said properties of the petitioners.
