Counsel for petitioner states that the petitioner intends to file a civil suit and no further orders are required to be passed in this Revision.

In view of the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is closed granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh suit, if so advised, after taking proper steps in the Court below to withdraw the O.S.No.50 of 2017 pending on its file. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
