ORDER

This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/A1 to A5 seeking to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.134 of 2019 on the file of Women Police Station, Begumpet, Hyderabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 498-A, 323 and 506 IPC and under Sections 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, against them.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and therefore, the criminal petition has become infructuous. 3.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition, shall stand dismissed.
