HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.20947 OF 2019 ORDER:
This writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, with the consent of both the counsel appearing for the respective parties. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.15087 of 2019 dated 22.07.2019 and contends that similar order be passed in the present writ petition also.
Learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents has not disputed the above said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
This Court, having considered the submissions of both the counsel, is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the order dated 22.07.2019 in W.P.No.15087 of 2019 directing the petitioners to submit a representation afresh to the respondents within a period of two weeks from the date of a receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such representation, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
