This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the inaction of the 2nd respondent in disposing of the petitioners' representation dt.18.04.2019 for grant of 'No Objection Certificate' to setup an industry for manufacturing industrial explosives and detonators. 2.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for 2nd respondent states that within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said representation and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dt.18.04.2019 within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
