HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U. DURGA PRASAD RAO Writ Petition No.17700 of 2018 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking an order of Mandamus for declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in locking down the petitioner industry without following due process of law and issuing any notice and conducting enquiry as illegal and to pass suitable orders. 2.
Notice is served on the respondents. No representation. 3.
The petitioner's grievance is that the respondent authorities, particularly the 3rd respondent, without issuing any notice, has approached the petitioner's industrial unit on 26.04.2018 and locked the premises by shutting down the machinery unjustly.

Since the petitioner submits that the unit was closed by the 3rd respondent by locking down the same without issuing prior notice, the respondent authorities are directed to consider the representation, dated 27.04.2018, said to be submitted by the petitioner to the 1st respondent and pass orders on merits by following the due process of law, within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a coy of this order. 5.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
