1 This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in C.C.No.324 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the VI Special Magistrate, Erramanzil, Hyderabad. 2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. Permission is accorded. 3 In the result, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
