After arguing the matter for a while, Sri G.

Krupachand, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested this Court to grant one month time for payment of the amount decided by the trial Court.

Learned counsel for the respondent requested not to grant such a long time, since the Order was passed long back.

However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I find that it is a fit case to grant three weeks time to the petitioner to pay the amount fixed by the trial Court, to the credit of O.S.No.256 of 2013. In the event of failure to deposit the amount, the Order dt. 27.02.2017 in I.A.No.2742 of 2015 in O.S.No.256 of 2013 passed by the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, holds good. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand dismissed.
