This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner-accused in Cr.No.72 of 2018 of Kodad Town Police Station, Suryapet District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 463, 464, 192, 196,197 and 199 IPC.

The petitioner-accused has not filed any application before the Court of Session under Section 438 Cr.P.C. There is specific direction in the sitting arrangement not to entertain this kind of application. 4.
