Z ...RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ Order or Order more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus aggrieved by the impugned action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner for transfer and posting as Agriculture Extension Officer from Regional Agriculture Research Station, Warangal to any of the vacancies at Agriculture University at Rajendra Nagar on Medical and dependent grounds in the existing and available vacancies is clearly illegal and unjust and consequently declare the petitioner is entitle to transfer from Warangal to Agriculture University (PJTSAU) Rajendra Nagar as Agriculture Extension Officer on medical and dependent grounds of his Father and Wife with all consequential benefits.

With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

Heard Mr. M. Ram Gopal Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Veda Vikas Mudiraj learned Vuppari, Standing Counsel for PJTAV, appearing for the respondents Perused the material on record.

Brief facts of the case are that the petitioner was initially appointed as Agriculture Extension Officer (AEO) at Agriculture Research Station, Kampasagar Village, Miryalguda, and joined duty on 20.10.2014. He was subsequently transferred to SRTC, Rajendra Nagar in April 2017, and later to Regional Agricultural Research Station (RARS), Warangal, where he joined on 07.70.2023 pursuant to Memo No.12907lSer.NT/A3/2021-23 dated 07.tO.2023 issued by the Registrar of PITSAU. The petitioner made representations dated 12.O8.2024 and 19.05.2025 to respondent No.2 requesting transfer from RARS, Warangal to any oF the available AEO vacancies at PITSAU, I )

Rajendra Nagar, on medical and dependent grounds, as his father is a paralytic patient requiring a male attendant for regular care, and his wife is also undergoing cardiac treatment, both residing at Budvel, Hyderabad. Despite completion of nearly two years at Warangal and the existence of vacant AEO posts at Rajendra Nagar, no action has been taken by ihe respondents, and his request remains pending without any justiFication. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition.

Learned counsel , for the petitioner submits that appropriate orders be passed in this Writ Petition, directing the respondents to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner on 12.08.2024 and 19.05.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Learned Standing Counsel for PJTAV, appearing for the respondents, submits that he has no objection for consideration of the representations of the petitioner dated 12.08.2024 and 19.05.2025.

6, Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, without expressing

J any opinion on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to consider the petitioner's representations dated 12.08.2024 and 19.05.2025, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
