Smt. K. Lalitha, appearing for respondent No.3, submits that a decision is taken not to conduct auction on 29.05.2018. It is further stated that by following the procedure, fresh tender notice will be issued.

2. In view of the above submission, the cause complained in the Writ Petition does not survive for consideration.
