Heard learned counsel for petitioners-A1 & A.3 and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. From the prima facie accusation though not for the offence under Section 302 IPC at least for Section 304 IPC and that too even investigation is at the preliminary stage, there is nothing to consider the concession of the bail at this stage even the 1st petitioner-A1 is old lady and 2nd petitionerA.3 is police constable. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed without prejudice to file fresh application from changed circumstances.
