HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 36797 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the second and third respondent in not issuing permanent patta to the petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.2.50 cents in Survey No.168/1 situated at Bhyravaram Village, Duttalur Mandal, Nellore District, though temporary lease patta was granted on 16.05.1992, as illegal and arbitrary. Though various grounds are raised in the Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application dated 09.07.2015, made by the petitioner to the third respondent, at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader states that if the application is still pending consideration, it may be directed to be disposed of, in accordance with law. Having regard to the circumstances stated above and without going into merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the representation dated 09.07.2015 made by the petitioner, if it is still pending consideration, in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall also stand closed.
