HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.4097 of 2007 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in appointing the unofficial respondent as Principal of Noble College, Machilipatnam vide resolution dated 28.1.2006. This Court vide docket order dated 1.3.2007 directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for being appointed to the post of Principal, Noble College, Machilipatnam. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending disposal of the writ petition the case of the petitioner was considered by the 4th respondent and the claim of the petitioner was rejected and the same was not challenged before this Court. In the light of the subsequent developments, nothing survives in the present writ petition and accordingly the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
