ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 16.3.2016, in I.A.No.259 of 2016 in O.S.No.112 of 2011 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka. At the hearing, Mr. Mangena Sree Rama Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that this Court has dismissed Civil Revision Petition No.2375 of 2016 filed against order, dated 16.3.2016, in I.A.No.261

of 2016, which is cognate to I.A.No.259 of 2016, which also arose from the common suit.

In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is also dismissed.
