The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some of the accused in Crime No.61 of 2018 of Balapur Police Station are granted bail by the trial Court and move before the trial Court for concession of bail and hence seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the criminal petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
