THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 20470 of 2019 O R D E R:

The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that respondent No.3 is making construction of a compound wall of height of 11 feet, thereby preventing air and light to his property. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2 submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, notice has already been issued to respondent No.3 on 04.09.2019 and necessary action would be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to act on the complaint of the petitioner and communicate the action taken thereon to him within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
