Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition assailing the inaction of the respondents in considering his applications dt.14.01.2017 and dt.23.09.2015 for converting the land admeasuring Ac.5-00 guntas in survey No.343/15 of Ameenpur Village and Mandal, Sangareddy District for non-agricultural purpose and for regularization of unapproved lay out therein.

Counsel for petitioner states that the respondents have not taken any action on the said representations till date. 3.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for 3rd respondent states that the 3rd respondent will consider the said representations in accordance with law within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's representations dt.14.01.2017 and dt.23.09.2015, in accordance with law, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
