The only grievance of the petitioner is that suit filed by the petitioner vide OS.No.151 of 2010 is pending before the 2nd respondent-Agent to Government, Bhadradri Kothagudem, without being disposed of.

Heard both sides.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the suit filed by the petitioner in OS.No.151 of 2010, within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
