FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AND THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL Nos. 848, 849, 850, 851 and 854 of 2015 Date: 15.06.2016 W.A.No.848 of 2015 Between:

... Respondents
HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT APPEAL Nos. 848, 849, 850, 851 and 854 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) These appeals are directed against similar orders passed by learned Single Judge in different writ petitions. Order passed in W.P.No.14858 of 2015 reads thus:
"Notice before admission.
Prima facie, it appears from the material available on record that the refusal to complete the process of registration of pending document of the petitioners is illegal and without jurisdiction.
Hence, respondent No.3 is directed to receive, register and release the sale deed dated 15.05.2015 presented by the petitioners in respect of vacant property to an extent of Ac.1.80 cents in survey No.168/P, Paradesipalem Village, Chinnagadili Mandal, Visakhapatnam Rural. This order is, however, subject to result of the writ petition.
List after summer vacation, 2015."
It is not in dispute that the writ petitioners have succeeded in a civil suit, wherein it is declared that they have right title and interest in the lands in dispute. We are informed that the decree has been confirmed by this Court in second appeal. In view thereof, we are not inclined to interfere with the interim orders, impugned in these appeals. Moreover, it is also clear from the impugned orders that they were passed subject to result of the writ petitions.
In the circumstances, writ appeals are dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. _______________________ DILIP B.BHOSALE, ACJ ______________________ P.
