THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.16373 of 2015 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.03.2015 to continue the business for another three months in respect of two wheeler parking in Stall No.96 at Mahatma Gandhi Bus Station (MGBS), Hyderabad. The learned standing counsel for the respondent-Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) submits that the said period of three months also expired and the respondents have put the leasehold rights for auction. The petitioner become highest bidder in the said auction and in view of the same, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the statement made by the learned standing counsel for respondent-TSRTC, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
