Both learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel lor respondent No.2, on written instructions, would submit that the matter was settled before the t'ok Adalat- ln prool of the same, they have filed e-case status and the same is placed cln record.

In the light of the said submission, nothing remains in the criminal petition to adjudicate further.
