When the Second Appeal was listed on 25.06.2018, there was no representation for both the sides. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed to 17.07.2018 under the caption 'for orders'. On 17.07.2018, as there was no representation for both the sides, the matter was directed to be listed to today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also, there is no representation for both the sides inspite of listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. Both the parties have no interest in pursuing the matter.

The Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Second Appeal shall stand closed.
