THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.15138 of 2011 ORDER:

When the matter is called, it is reported that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.11362 of 2012, dated 18-02-2016 and a copy of the same is placed on record along with the writ petition as material paper.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that a Division Bench of this Court confirmed the said order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.A.No.211 of 2016 on 16-03-2016 and a copy of the same is also placed on record.

Following the above said orders and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also dismissed, in terms thereof.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
