In view of the letter dated 02.06.2015 submitted by Sri Kota Subba Rao, learned counsel for appellants to the Registrar (Judicial) stating that the appellants intend to withdraw the appeal, and hence the M.A.C.M.A may be dismissed as withdrawn, this M.A.C.M.A is dismissed as withdrawn without costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this MACMA shall stand closed.
