This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/A1 to A4 in C.C. No.317 of 2009 on the file of the court of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Vemulawada, Karimnagar District.

2. The learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the purpose of filing of the criminal petition has become infructuous. The submission is recorded.

3. Accordingly, criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
