Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioners are aggrieved by the action of respondents, particularly respondent No.3, in not receiving/registering the document presented by him for registration in respect of land being an extent of Acs.14-28 Gts., in Sy.No.39, situated at Lakkayapalli Village, Maddur Mandal, Narayanpet District, as being illegal and arbitrary and the petitioners pray for a consequential direction to respondent No.3 to receive, process, register and release the document.

Taking into account the above facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to accept the document presented by the petitioners for registration. In case, for any reason, the document is refused for registration, then reasons have to be recorded under Section 71 of the Registration Act by respondent No.3 and communicate the said decision to the petitioners.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs.
