This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in P.R.C.No.22 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the III Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kakinada, East Godavari District.

2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded. In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting the liberty as prayed for.
