THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.29131 OF 2015 ORDER:

Heard.

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that the 1st respondent is not receiving and registering the document presented by the petitioner with regard to land admeasuring Ac.4.70 cents in Survey No.182/2 of Sivarampuram Village, Talluru Mandal, Prakasam District.

It is stated that in similar matters, this Court has dealt with the same issue and directed the Sub Registrar to receive and register the document, if it is otherwise in order, one such Writ Petition, being W.P.No.13121 of 2011, dated 30.04.2013. For reasons alike as were mentioned in the said order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the Sub-Registrar, Darsi, Prakasam District, the 1st respondent, to receive and register the document presented by the petitioner in respect of the land in question, subject to the document presented for registration being in accordance with the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
