This civil revision petition arises out of order, dated 28.01.2016, in I.A.No.96 of 2012 in O.S.No.864 of 2010 on the file of VI Additional Senior Civil Judge, Visakhapatnam.

On 10.03.2017, no one appeared for the petitioners and therefore, the case was adjourned. Even today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the petitioners. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing their cause in this revision petition.

The Civil Revision Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
