Heard learned counsel for petitioner-A1 and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

As the investigation is not yet completed and there is prima facie accusation, there are no grounds to grant concession of bail from the constructive possession to rebut the presumption under Section 54 of the Act.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed without prejudice to file fresh application from changed circumstances.
