V.Kotyanayak v. The Executive Engineer / Civil, O And M., A.P.Genco/ Nshes,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.21363 of 2008 ORDER:
As there was no representation for the petitioner on 11.12.2015, this Court had passed the following order:
'On 07.11.2015, when a representation was made that the learned senior counsel Sri E.V. Bhagiratha Rao who earlier appeared for the writ petitioner is no more, this Court directed the Registry to issue notice to the writ petitioner returnable in three weeks. The endorsement of the Registry reveals that notice was served on the writ petitioner but no vakalat was filed on his behalf.
Print the name of the writ petitioner and list the matter under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 14.12.2015.'
Despite printing the name of the writ petitioner and listing the matter under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation for the petitioner. It indicates that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.
Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
