Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TS) for respondents 1 to 3. 2.

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in interfering with the personal life and liberty of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court, by order dated 16.02.2010, directed the third respondent to ensure that the order in I.A.No.2 of 2010 in O.S.No.1 of 2010 passed by the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Metpally is not violated, and in view of the said order, no further orders need be passed in the present writ petition.
