Petitioner challenges notice dated 28.11.2016. On 29.11.2016, the petitioner has already given reply to the notice under challenge. 2.

In the considered view of this Court, the challenge to notice by invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is unavailable and the petitioner having already subjected to the jurisdiction of the fifth respondent, can await the outcome and pursue remedies, if the petitioner is finally aggrieved. With the above observations, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
