It is stated by the counsel for 1st respondent that appearance has been filed by 1st respondent-Bank and also respondent nos.2 and 3 in the Second Appeal No.255 of 2019, and that the said Second Appeal could not be disposed of within four (04) week period fixed in the order dt.16.10.2019 passed by us.

Therefore, the time granted for disposal of the said Second Appeal No.255 of 2019 is extended by a period of six (06) weeks from to-day, and the Debt Recovery Tribunal-I, Hyderabad is directed to decide the Second Appeal No.255 of 2019 within the said period. 4.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
